An Accidental Passer-by

On 6 February 2019, Micheal Fudge was shot dead by two police officers in front of De Nederlandsche Bank after he threatened them with a fake gun.
In this incident, an accidental passer-by on a bicycle was hit in the leg by a deflected bullet.
